Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the admin fee and the original postage cost.

Admin fee for extenders, gear knobs and trackside accessories is £7.99

Admin fee for Shifters is £28.99

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

ZeroPointOne Warranty Terms

All ZeroPointOne products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.

 

Important Exclusions & Limitations

 

• This warranty does not apply to any part that has been installed on a vehicle used for motorsport, competitive events, track days, or any other high-performance application.
• Due to the nature of motorsport use and the high stresses involved, no warranty coverage is provided for any product subjected to these environments.
• Our large-format shifters and gear extenders are designed specifically for off-road and motorsport use only. They are not recommended for use on public roads, and any damage arising from road use is not covered under warranty.

 

Warranty Conditions

To qualify for a warranty claim:

• The product must be proven to have been installed correctly, in accordance with our setup guidelines.
• The vehicle’s mechanical systems (including threads, linkages, and mounts) must be in good condition and compatible with the ZeroPointOne product.
• Any failure due to incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, or environmental damage (e.g., corrosion in threads, impact damage) is not covered.

What This Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, non-competitive use.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface finishes
• Failures due to incorrect installation or modification
• Damage caused by motorsport use, track use, or aggressive driving styles
• Improper thread engagement or damage caused by corrosion or galling
• Use of thread-locking compounds or chemical adhesives without prior instruction
